Jeff received an award, given to members of a unit, who have displayed, through a team effort, exceptional performance of duty at an emergency situation. In other words, they were doing their job! Although, his unit has received awards in the past, this was the first ceremony he actually attended.
We had never seen him in his "Dress Uniform".
He's very serious about this...but his lieutenant isn't.
