Camp Daniel Boone

Jeff, Clay and Troop 179 headed to Camp Daniel Boone in North Carolina. They were able to experience a 5-state, white water rafting excursion. Each day, they set up camp in a different state and rafted down a new river. They rafted through a 1,400-foot canyon that was formed 300 million years ago!

This is one of their many campsites in the mountains.

Boy Scouts motto "Be Prepared" (to fall out of raft)

Obviously they haven't seen the Class IV waves ahead...

Has anyone seen Clay?

Oh...

Just kidding! He didn't fall out....he was just swimming!
