Football and Color Guard

Since my mom won't update the blog, I guess I will. Me (Clay) and Keriann are both active in extracurricular activities at school. I am on the JV football team, and on Varsity when my coach feels bad for me. Keriann experimented with band, and is now on the color guard, the twirly flag thing for those who are not familiar with band talk such as myself. I am going to catch everyone up on the action with some videos and highlights that didn't make the cut on WFTV's High School Football show. For those from church who won't be able to see my games, since they are on Wednesday activity nights, grab some popcorn and #1 foam finger and enjoy the 17 seconds of pure gridiron action courtesy of my moms shaky hands. FYI, I'm number 64.

Boone was a very hard game, but we won 7-2

Keriann has worked hard to perform at halftime on Friday nights, she's near the left corner.

Camden can't resist having some fun

FANS, AWESOME!!!!

My mom and dad are always at my game, and I'm sure you could hear them too. It is always a joy to me to find friends and family taking time from their night to come and watch my games. Thank you to all who come!!! Here are some of the crowd:

Grandma and Grandpa up way past their bed time

Carver always knew where I was, Thanks for the support man!

Kennedy was able to catch a little football from the cheerleaders
Aunt Niecy got to perform with all of the other parents, taking us (Keriann) band geeks' spot in our premiere show after a 12-hour practice.

Well, that explains the change of background if you're updating it Clay! lol I loved it all. Expecially the 17 seconds of you playing... I probably saw you for like 2 seconds.. what happened?? I'm a little slow at football. And Kerianny was amaZAZing with her flag twirling. And did Camden spit into his palms trying to push the thing? LOL!!!!

Miss you all LOTS! And going to football games with ya! *pout*

KEEP ME UPDATED!! :)

I was going to ask the same thing...did Camden spit on his hands?! Way to think!

Keriann, I'm way happy for you to be in the color guard group. I did that through high school, and it was always a blast. You did great!

I'm with Alexa Clay, I don't really understand the whole football thing, but you looked great pushing that other kid!

We miss you all! Have a great school year!

Clay, I knew you had true "blogging talent" in you. Someone has to keep me entertained:) Loved your football stuff, and wish most of your games were not on Wednesday nights, but I will get to one of them some how. Keriann is the cutest colorguard person ever (so proud of you girl. I know how hard you work). Keep up the fun posts. Who were those darling blond children in your pics. oh yea...MY KIDS! Thanks Clay

Awesome post, Clay! :) You probably don't remember me. You were pretty little when I moved away from Goldenrod/University Park Ward, but your mom and I were pretty tight back in the day! She was in YW at the same time I was.

Keriann, way to go in color guard! My little sis, Rebekah is in guard too. She's a senior this year and I think she's hoping to continue in college b/c BYU-Idaho actually has a guard!

I think it's funny that you have a Camden! I guess I moved away before he was born. My little boy's name is Camden, too. He'll be 2 in November!

Miss you guys!!! (but I'm happy to have found your blog!) ;)
